At The Simmons Agency, our marketing strategies empower organizations and individuals who provide services that improve communities across the world.
As a husband-wife duo, we believe that by highlighting all of the good that happens in our communities, we can leave behind a better world for future generations.
We operate out of Jacksonville, Florida, with clients reaching as far away as Omaha, Nebraska. Our services are designed to support businesses in person and at a distance.
Meet the Founders
Ronald Simmons Jr.
Co-FounderRon is an educator at heart. He believes that education is the key to success. He received his Bachelor of Music Education from Albany State University in 2013. He has worked in regional sales for 10 years. He serves as a youth mentor at Cafe Resistance Bookstore and volunteers regularly with a multitude of youth programs throughout Jacksonville, Florida. In addition to his community engagement, Ron is a published author, public speaker, and certified drone pilot.
A native of Savannah, Georgia, Ron has lived all across the country, and those experiences have taught him that all people have more in common than they do differences. He runs a successful YouTube channel where he shares books and ideas that have shaped his life for the better. He enjoys jazz music, spending time at the beach, and relaxing with family.
Co-FounderAli Simmons
Ali is an all-around creative. She understands that small efforts to give back can lead to life-long impact. She received her BA from Savannah State University in 2017 and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Florida. Ali has been behind some of NE Florida’s most successful nonprofit and community events. She has worked as a communications specialist and fundraising officer for over 5 years. Ali serves on the leadership team of the Jacksonville Urban League for Young Professionals and volunteers to support unhoused populations. In 2026, she was a recipient of Savannah State University’s 40 Under 40 Award.
A native of Macon, Georgia, Ali loves home gardening, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.
